Our published rates are for one or two guests for up to three nights. However, we can accommodate three or more guests, and we offer reduced rates for longer stays, so please call us to discuss your plans.
Minimum 48-hour notice for reservations. We book reservations by phone or email (no automatic online booking). To hold your reservation, we require a deposit of half the total rate, with the balance due upon arrival. We accept cash, personal checks made out to Lark Landing, or major credit cards (please note there is a 4% convenience fee for credit cards).
(Rates below are for guests 12 years of age and up and do not include the 7.4% sales/lodging tax.)

If a refund is in order, we will send you a check for the amount. We do not issue credit card refunds.
NO children under 12 years of age. Rates for children ages 12 and above will be the same as for an adult. Please Note: For children ages 12 to 17, we require parent and child to sign a “Good Behavior” agreement.
NO animals of any kind. This includes service animals, companion animals, and animals accompanying disabled persons. However if you are traveling with a horse, we do have a corral (see Horses Welcome).
NO smoking or vaping inside. You may smoke whatever you wish, outside on the deck. Feel free to flush your ashes & cigarette butts down the toity.
