With your comfort in mind, our spacious country-French accommodations include:
- No check-in/check-out time: Arrive and depart at your convenience, so you can have more time to enjoy these beautiful surroundings.
- Peaceful, riverfront setting; lovely lawns and landscaped gardens.
- Privacy: The Carriage House is separate from the house and you probably will be our only guests.
- Spacious accommodations include a secluded deck overlooking the river.
- Apartment includes fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster, so you can fix your own snacks and light meals.
- En suite bath – no walking down the hall.
- Complimentary snack basket: Fruit, spring water and granola bars – our gift to you.
- Flowers in your room, picked fresh from our gardens (in season).
- Full, gourmet breakfast delivered to your suite. We bring your breakfast, piping hot, in a charming basket with a personalized, souvenir menu card. You are welcome to enjoy your breakfast in your room, on your deck overlooking the river – or at the table beside the river.

We’ve also provided an array of “Oops, I forgot!” items such as a hairdryer and curling iron, and personal sundries like extra toothbrushes and razors. And, of course, there’s an iron and ironing board.
Up above the world so high with great big windows to the sky . . . our guest suite does seem to hover in the treetops.
But perhaps best of all is the secluded second-story deck with spectacular views of the river, the woods, and the wildlife (early risers might see deer, bald eagles, cows or coyotes).
In fact, the deck is the perfect spot for summer breakfasts—or for a nightcap before turning in, with the whisper of the river to lull you to sleep.
